Cozmic Cat - Block rockin' DJ Cozmic Cat has dropped bombs on dance floors worldwide, from hotels in Australia and Puerto Rico, to clubs in Las Vegas, D.C. and New York City. It was in the clubs of Philadelphia, however, where she really honed her DJ skills throughout the late 90s and early '00's.
Surrounded by the new sounds of Philly, as well as the classic roots of disco, soul, garage house and Hiphop, Coz had the opportunity to spin with the likes of ?uest Love from the Roots, Cosmo Baker and Jazzy Jeff, and open for De La Soul, KRS ONE, Deep Dish, Bahamadia, and Switch. She became one of the city's best loved DJs, spinning at events for celebs like Jill Scott, Justin Timberlake, P.Diddy, Jamie Foxx, John Waters, the Rolling Stones, Venus and Serena Williams and the Cirque du Soleil. In the 10 years Coz called Philly her home, the City of Brotherly Love voted her:
"DJ on the Rise" (Philadelphia Magazine)
"Best DJ", (Philadelphia City paper)
"Best DJ (Mixer)" (Philadelphia City Paper)
"Best DJ" Reader's choice (Citysearch.com) and
"Best DJ" Editor's choice (Citysearch.com).
As a promoter, producer and top party rocker, Cozmic Cat brings a live wire energy to the mix and reads the crowd purrrfectly. A passion for live mashups, blends and 'remixes with a twist' keeps her set fresh and one step ahead of the game. She is THAT DJ who takes you dancing across genres, decades, and styles without missing a beat.
Coz now spins and produces music for JUPITER PRODUCTIONS out of her hometown Toronto where she holds down several weekly and monthly residencies at some of the city's top clubs. Her monthly party CherryBomb, which she hosts and djs with Denise Benson was voted Toronto's Best Women's Club Event 2007, 2008 and 2009 by Xtra Magazine.

DJ Andi might be one of the younger DJs to grace Emerge this year, but don't sleep on her skills behind the wheels of steel. Andi brings over 7 years of organizing, promoting and Djing experience to this year's event. When she is not tearing it up in her residency at Rainbow Eye, you might catch her wreaking dance floor havoc at Shampoo, JJ's Café, North Philly Rhythms, Miami After Life, Edn Lounge and Alfies, as she spins some of the sickest Hip Hop, R&B, Salsa, Merenque, Bachata and Reggaeton this side of the Mississippi. Her skills, however, are not limited only to the DJ booth. When she is not transforming the dance floor, Andi is active in the community transforming politics. Andi is a member of the Mayor's Advisory Board on LGBT Affairs, has served with the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute and is a force to be reckoned with all around. Trust and believe; you do not want to miss this up and coming DJ! To learn more about where you can hear DJ Andi, hit her up at: www.myspace.com/arproductions26 or e-mail: andilove26@gmail.com
